    Dolcevita is a line of inlaid or stuccoed wooden objects handcrafted entirely in Italy, the result of the profound knowledge of rare and precious wood essences together with the experience in the artisanal processing of natural materials. Dolcevita recounts all the shapes and colors of the joy of living in a line of objects designed to furnish walls with imagination and warmth.
    The Odalisque wall clock is made with the wood stucco technique: the surface of the wooden panel is burned by a few tenths of a mm, creating very small grooves which are filled by hand with stucco. The color of the stucco is created on the spot specifically for each individual product, so that it best matches the color of the wood. The laying of 3 coats of stucco is followed by manual sanding and finishing of the surface.

    The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an e-mail to the following address info@exclusivedesignhouse.com, communicating: name of the applicant, code and description of the article, details for making the refund. Although not regulated, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal remains governed by articles 54-59 of the Consumer Code (legislative decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments). Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must send the goods object of the transaction in exactly the same condition in which he received them.
    The Customer acknowledges that it is not possible to accept returns of products that have been personalized.
    After receiving the return huh! will carry out the appropriate checks and, in the event of a positive outcome, will send an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
